UPDATE: COVID-19 Vaccinations - Florida Community Health Clinic

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 9 AM to 4 PM, The Florida Community Health Center (FCHC) will provide 200 doses and Vaccinate people that fall into the following categories: 

• 65 Years of age or older
• Health care personnel with direct patient contact

Please bring ID and Health Insurance Card. There is no out-of-pocket cost for the COVID-19 Vaccine. If you have insurance, your insurance will be billed for the administrative fee. If you do not have insurance, you will not be charged an administrative fee; it will be a free service. 

You do not have to be a patient of Florida Community Health Center in order to get the COVID-19 Vaccine from Florida Community Health Center.
