Staff received the below communication from the Department of Health in Martin County regarding several upcoming COVID-19 Vaccination events. The events will provide the Pfizer vaccine, which is authorized for those ages 12 and older, from June 1 to June 4. A parent must be present for anyone age 17 and younger. Dates for the second shot of the Pfizer vaccine will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

MOBILE VACCINATION VAN TO VISIT MARTIN COUNTY

State of Florida unit to offer COVID-19 shots June 1 to 8

Martin County, FL – The Florida Department of Health, Martin County Emergency Management, the City of Stuart and the Florida Division of Emergency Management are partnering to bring a mobile vaccination unit to the county from Tuesday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 8.

The state staffed mobile unit will visit locations throughout Martin County to offer the Johnson & Johnson and the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. No appointment is needed. A schedule with dates and locations is available here.
