How Do I Set Up New Service?

As a new customer opening an account, it is necessary to pay a security deposit and complete and sign an application for service. Service can only be put in the name of the person signing the application, and a picture identification must be provided.


A service charge will be assessed to initiate service and will appear on your first billing statement. Repeated late payments of your utility bill may require an additional deposit. Deposits are held for a minimum of 24 months of consecutive on-time payments; longer if there are repeated late payments. Download our Rates Schedule below for current deposit rates.
