Village of Indiantown Comprehensive Plan

Initially, the Indiantown Village Charter stated the governing documents for the Village of Indiantown shall be the Martin County Comprehensive Plan, and Martin County Land Development Regulations, as they were on December 31, 2017. However, by state statute, the Village was required to adopt a Comprehensive Plan within three (3) years of incorporation, or by December 31, 2020.

The Village of Indiantown adopted its first Comprehensive Plan on December 12, 2019 and was declared complete by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity on January 6, 2020. Below can be found the Village's official documentation for public review or by clicking here.
