EPA Brownfields Grant- Booker Park Revitalization Strategy
The Village of Indiantown is beginning the process of revitalizing areas of the community that had past contamination, the community is poised for an exciting reuse and reinvestment that could reshape the future of the community. Through funding obtained from the USEPA FY22 Brownfields Assessment Grant, the TCRPC has a unique opportunity to assist the Village as they formulate a vision for the Booker Park neighborhood. The proposed project will help capture the vision of the community through the public participation program and will incorporate a framework for future investments in the public realm. The Booker Park neighborhood was identified as the primary focus area.

EPA Brownfields Subsidio- Estrategia de Revitalización de Booker Park
El Village de Indiantown iniciara el proceso de revitalizar las áreas de la comunidad que tuvo una contaminación en el pasado, la comunidad está lista para una emocionante reutilización y reinversión que podría remodelar el futuro de la comunidad.
A través del financiamiento obtenido de la USEPA FY22 Brownfields Assessment Grant, el TCRPC tiene una oportunidad única de ayudar al Village mientras formulan una visión para el vecindario de Booker Park.
El proyecto propuesto ayudará a capturar la visión de la comunidad a través de la programa de participación pública y incorporará una estructura para futuras inversiones en el ámbito público.
El vecindario de Booker Park fue identificado como la área de enfoque principal.
