Meeting Information

Overflow participants may participate via Zoom by going to the respective link below on their computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Directions for joining via a regular phone are also included below.  Once in the meeting, all public attendees will be in a listen-only mode until it is their turn to speak.

(Please note that every meeting will have a different ID number, which can be found below or by calling (772) 597-9900.)

How to Join from A Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone:

If joining from a tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the free Zoom app from your device’s app store.  If joining from a computer, your computer will automatically download and install (if needed) the Zoom program.  If you currently have Zoom installed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, you may join the meeting by going to https://zoom.us, clicking on "Join a Meeting" in the upper right-hand side of the screen, and entering the respective meeting ID number listed below or you may join by clicking on the full meeting link listed below.  Tablet and smartphone users can follow the same procedure once the Zoom app has been installed on their tablet or smartphone.

How to Join from a Regular Phone:

If joining from a regular phone or cell phone without smartphone capabilities, simply call (646) 558-8656 or (312) 626-6799 and enter the respective meeting ID number listed below.  Just follow the prompts; and, when it asks you for your participant ID #, just hit “#”.  Since the numbers are long-distance, we do recommend calling in on a cell phone to potentially limit any long-distance calling fees.  The Village is not responsible for any costs incurred as part of anyone's participation in these meetings.
