If a customer previously utilized recurring monthly payments, and wishes to continue paying in this manner, they will need to fill out the Village's Recurring Payment Authorization Form below. Once authorized, payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account, or charged to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card on schedule charges.
